Zyxel Network's new AI assistant SecuPilot aims to provide insights, make jobs easier, and allow faster response to threats
Zyxel Networks has announced they are introducing a brand new AI assistant called SecuPilot through a recent integration into its SecuReporter Cloud Analytics Service.
SecuPilot excels in streamlining the HCI process by letting users analyze and correlate security data through natural conversations. Therefore, things like manual data mining and technical info translation are things of the past as organizations leverage LLMs for quicker threat detection and response.
Specifically, administrators can now log into SecuReport and query system alerts or network activity and receive results in text, graph, or table formats. Additional visualization methods are provided as well including trend, bar, column, pie, and grid charts. Last but not least, 40+ languages are supported for easy, worldwide deployment.
Since they are talking about real security protection here, SecuReporter also offers 1-click log exports, retaining up to one year of data for regulatory audits. Its OpenAPI support facilitates seamless integration into third-party management tools, enhancing workflow efficiency for SMBs and MSPs.
Gary Chen, SEA regional head at Zyxel Networks, highlighted the innovation’s impact: “SecuPilot reduces the burden on resource-constrained IT teams who need a user-friendly, powerful tool to stay ahead of evolving threats. By streamlining how security data is accessed and analyzed, SecuPilot ensures that our customers can focus on protecting their businesses.”
Availability
SecuPilot is included in the Entry Defense Pack and Gold Security Pack licenses for USG FLEX H series firewalls, as well as the Pro Pack license for USG FLEX and ATP series. A demo version is accessible via the SecuReporter platform at https://secureporter.cloudcnm.zyxel.com.
