Zoom Docs with gen-AI capabilities rolled out globally
Zoom has announced the beginning of the rollout phase for its Zoom Docs platform aimed to drive collaborative efforts in digital paperwork with the power of the latest gen-AI technologies.
Powered by Zoom AI Companion which is free to use by anyone by the way, it can help tackle much mundane stuff within the app directly from repetitive tasks to information gathering, analysis, and summarization, thus leading to higher productivity and a smoother flow of information sharing.
Here are some examples of what you could achieve with the power of Zoom Docs:
- Turn meeting summaries into editable, sharable docs; Templates available to format information properly and quickly
- Direct transcriptions with custom commands and queries support
- Revise and summarize contents; Tone-shifts, spelling checks, grammar checks, and translations available for access
Zoom Docs also maximizes meeting effectiveness by offering essential services and features such as starting and scheduling meetings, co-editing documents during meetings, giving permission to edit on the fly, and sharing cross-Zoom-platform docs.
Additionally, more visual-based environments and elements have been added to help organization and information convey much more easily and quickly. One can utilize content blocks to sort out things through categorization, embed content across Zoom Workplace and 3rd party platforms, and keep an eye on progress using tables and checklists.
